What does Indie Member cost?

Indie Member charges a flat monthly platform fee plus a small percentage of member revenue. We never take a cut larger than Stripe’s processing fee. See Pricing for current numbers.

Do I own my member list?

Yes. You can export every member, plan assignment, and payment record as CSV at any time from Settings → Export.

Can I migrate from another platform?

For most platforms — yes. We can import members and active subscriptions from Memberful, MemberSpace, Patreon, and Substack. Email support and we’ll walk you through it.

Existing subscriptions stay on their current Stripe price during migration. Members do not get re-charged.

What happens if I cancel?

Your members keep their access during their current billing period. After that, Indie Member stops processing new charges and your site goes into read-only mode for 30 days so you can export your data, then it’s archived.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the platform fee. Refunds to your members are issued from your Stripe account using the Refund button on each payment.

Can I run multiple membership sites?

Each Indie Member account hosts one membership site. If you want to run multiple, create a separate account per site — we’ll happily bundle billing on request.
